Deliveries and returns

EXCHANGE AND RETURN

All products in our store can be exchanged and returned up to 15 calendar days from receipt of the product, provided that these requirements are met:

  • The product must be in the same state in which it was delivered,
  • The shipment must be made using the same type of packaging sent,
  • The return of any of the products is not compatible with other ongoing promotions, that is, a product cannot be returned or exchanged to buy it again with the promotion.


To make the change or return, you must follow the following steps:
 

  • Contact us to inform us of the reason for returning the product. You have up to 15 calendar days from when you received the order. You can contact us through our e-mail at hola@minimae.com
  • If the shipment has arrived defective . Our courier company will collect the shipment and Minimae will send another similar product at no cost to the customer.
  • In the event that your purchase arrived safely but you finally decide not to keep it: forward the order via Post to an address that we will indicate to you. Once we have received it, you can choose between refunding the money, the order or another item. In this case, shipping costs are borne by the customer.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY COSTS

Minimae sends all products free of charge to the Iberian Peninsula (Spain) and Portugal. Shipments to the Canary Islands and Balearic Islands have a cost of 9.99 euros. Shipments to the Canary Islands are made through Correos España. For international shipments, please contact us at hola@minimae.com

Deliveries in the peninsula are made between 48 and 72 business hours (orders placed before 1:00 p.m.) from the date of placing the order, excluding holidays or weekends.

You can choose two more types of delivery: 24 hours (provided you order before 1:00 p.m. it will arrive the next day) and deliveries before 10:00 a.m. (provided you order before 1:00 p.m. will deliver the next day before 10:00 am)

In case of a defective product, we will proceed to the repair or replacement, procedures that will be free for the buyer.
